Ryan Burns, 29, Greencastle, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Kenneth Powell, 63, Monroe, La., was booked at 12:54 a.m. Thursday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Crews were dispatched to 515 Elm St. at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday to assist Putnam County Operation Life. They were back in service at 1:30 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to 304 S. Indiana St. at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday for an alarm due to cooking. They were back in service at 7:29 p.m.

Crews were dispatched to Asbury Towers, 102 Poplar St., at 12:29 p.m. Thursday for a medical assist with Operation Life. They were back in service at 12:40 p.m.
