Workers from Reelsville-based Supercrete are busy replacing the steps on the west side of the Putnam County Courthouse. County Planner Kim Hyten said the work, which began late last week, should be completed by the end of next week. Supercrete was awarded the job last April after submitting a bid of $13,250.
