Food pantry, humane society to benefit from holiday fundraising at Mill Pond

GREENCASTLE -- Mill Pond Health Campus has chosen Putnam County Food Pantry & Humane Society of Putnam County as recipients of their 2009 Holiday Fundraising efforts.

Mill Pond Health Campus recently donated $2,215.13 to the non-profit agencies. Mill Pond Health Campus was able to raise this amount by hosting events such as basket auctions, bake sales, candle sales, etc.; in addition, all employees were encouraged to donate to this worthy cause.

"Mill Pond Health Campus is committed to strengthening the community we serve. Supporting local organizations helps to make a difference by improving the quality of life in our community. At Mill Pond Health Campus we are constantly striving to make a positive difference in Putnam County," says Jessica Crafton, Executive Director at Mill Pond Health Campus.
