Sheila M. Stwalley, 55, of Greencastle passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2010.
Sheila was born on Dec. 19, 1954 in Brazil to Carlyle Knoll Collins and June Taylor Collins.
She was a member of Putnamville United Methodist Church and a 38 year-member of Cloverdale American Legion Auxiliary No. 281.
Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Dale Stwalley; daughter Chrislyn Potesta and husband Joe; her mother, June Lewis; siblings, Jerry Collins and wife Kim, Nancy Wade and husband Gary, Stephen Barnhart, Sandy McGraw and husband Gary, Diana Minecke and Anna Hagle; two grandchildren, Mia Potesta and Anthony Potesta; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sheila was preceded in death by her father; son Eric Stwalley, stepfather Don Lewis, sister Suzan Barnhart and grandparents Hugh and Myrtle Collins and Roy and Anna Taylor.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, 4 Percy L. Julian Drive, with Pastor Valerie Best officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
