CLOVERDALE -- Wilson Cattle Company in Cloverdale was ranked as the second largest register of Angus Beef in Indiana during fiscal year 2010, which ended Sept. 30. They recorded 114 heads of Angus beef with the American Angus Association according to the association's CEO Bryce Schumann.
There were 297,087 heads of Angus Cattle registered in 2010 across the country.
"Our year-end statistics continue to demonstrate strong demand for Angus genetics and solidify our long-held position as a leader in the beef cattle industry," Schumann said. "These results underscore our members' commitment to providing genetic solutions to the beef cattle industry."
