* Feb. 19, 8:30 p.m.: An accident was reported on Parke County's CR 880W of a car hitting a deer. The driver, Ray C. Smith, 58, Indianapolis, continued on until an officer located him at the Country Market in Bainbridge, driving a 2004 Pontiac GTO, which could travel no further due to damage.
The driver said he didn't stop because he didn't think the damage was too bad. He was unable to get his sped over 30 mph and could not make turns because of the damage to the car.
