My daughter was in the same kindergarten class with Joe. I sometimes find a picture with him in it & wonder about him. I'm so sorry to have found out about his life, since clark pleasant school days, this way. My heart goes out to him and your family. God bless you all.

Sincerely, Taylor Hicks's Mom, Becky Hicks

My oldest son was in Jimmy's class & my youngest son is friends with Joe (just Joe) we were their neighbors when the older boys were in school. They always had a house full of kids & Garry & Valerie never seemed to care, they had 5 of their own "what's 1 or 2 more " Valerie would always say. Sense they moved I often look over & wonder how they all are doing. I'm so sorry for your loss. It is truly an honor too know the Waters & to call them our family friends.
