Lasley named VP of Indiana Bankers Association

The Indiana Bankers Association has announced the promotion of Roachdale native Rod Lasley to vice president-products and services.

Lasley also has been named president of the for-profit companies owned by the IBA.

Lasley joined the association in the newly created position of member services representative in 2009. He is responsible for visiting all IBA members to discuss their needs and for maintaining IBA relationships with associate members and Preferred Service Providers.

Prior to joining IBA, Lasley was a banker for 18 years, serving the last three years as president and CEO of IBA-member North Salem State Bank.

As a member banker, he served on the IBA board of directors and was president of the IBA Future Leadership Division.

Lasley is a graduate of DePauw University and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Lasley was raised near Roachdale and currently resides in North Salem.
