BRAZIL -- The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has announced that the State Road 59 ramp entering Interstate 70 westbound will close Monday, Dec. 3, beginning at 6 a.m.
The on-ramp is due to reopen later Monday by 9 p.m.
Weather permitting, the contractor will be resurfacing the on-ramp.
The I-70 work is a patch and resurface project from U.S. 40 in Vigo County to State Road 59.
The project was awarded to Wabash Valley Asphalt for $9.9 million. It is scheduled for completion on June 30, 2013.
