Parks Department Brick Mania Challenge activity scheduled for Thursday at City Hall

Do you like to build with Legos? Do you have like kits or original designs?

The Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department's Brick Mania Challenge 2013 Lego display contest is set for Thursday, March 7.

The contest is free to enter. Entries will be judged in two categories, Kits or Original Creations. Each category will have several divisions for age or group.

All entries must be carried into Greencastle City Hall and displayed all day Thursday, March 7. Judging will take place at 7 p.m. before the monthly Park Board meeting, with awards at the beginning of the 7:30 meeting. Everyone is encouraged to visit the display during the day.

Information, including complete rules and drop-off times, can be found on the registration forms found at Greencastle City Hall, the Putnam County Public Library, the Putnam County Museum, Greencastle Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Park Firebaugh's Office, or on line at cityofgreencastle.com (then click on the Parks and Recreation tab).
