Good Egg Hunting

Monday, March 25, 2013

As the starting siren blares, Easter egg hunters in the 1-2 age group venture forth with a little help from parents and older siblings Saturday morning at Robe-Ann Park in Greencastle.

One crawling little one even tried to get a head start and needed a little reining in before the siren sounds to start the annual Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department festivities.
Within moments, egg hunters throughout the park had scooped up 7,000 plastic eggs and were busily sorting through the their prizes, just like Whitlee, the seven-month-old daughter of George and Kayla McDermit, Greencastle.
