Greencastle golfers top visitors from West Vigo

The Greencastle girls' golf team had one of its most consistent rounds of the season on Monday, beating West Vigo 217-267 at Windy Hill.

Junior Lauren Bridgewater led the Tiger Cubs with a season-low 48.

In addition to Bridgewater, GHS coach Bob Hedge pointed to Alexa Newlin's round of 60 as an impressive performance.

Liz Johnson had a 51, Lokysa Scheuermann a 58 and Haley Cash a 71 for GHS.
