A former reserve Greencastle Police officer already facing domestic battery charges was again arrested by Indiana State Police on Wednesday.

Ivan Croy, 29, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on a Morgan County warrant for two counts of invasion of privacy.

Indiana State troopers served the warrant at Croy's Greencastle home without incident. He was taken to the Putnam County Jail with bond set at $2,000.

On Nov. 1, Croy was prohibited from contacting the victims by court order. On numerous occasions in the month of November, Croy is alleged to have contacted his former girlfriend via telephone, in violation of the court order.

The alleged acts occurred in Morgan County, where the victim resides.

Indiana State Police detectives from the Putnamville Post originally arrested Croy on Oct. 30 on two counts of battery resulting in bodily injury, D felony, and two counts of domestic battery, A misdemeanor.

The investigation began in late September after Croy's former girlfriend reported that he had battered her and her two small children on six separate occasions from March to August of this year, during their live-in time with him.

The alleged minor victims are a female age four and a male around 18 months.

Investigating officers were Detectives First Sergeant Jeff Hearon and Tony Guinn and Trooper Mike Taylor.

A pre-trial conference on Croy's original charges had been set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Putnam Circuit Court.

On Tuesday, the Putnam County Prosecutor's Office filed a petition to revoke bond and a request for a warrant.
