Cloverdale Heat 12-and-under team sponsored by Hickory Creek at Sunset pulled out a double victory to take the West Central Softball League Championship for 2014. The Heat were knocked into the loser's bracket by the undefeated Monrovia team during the second day of the tournament. They came back to beat Cascade, then gained a double win over the same Monrovia team for the Championship.
