Powered by three all-conference performances, DePauw totaled 94 points and finished fourth at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships.

Oberlin won with 30, while Ohio Wesleyan was second with 46 and Allegheny third with 64.

Heather O'Brien paced the Tigers with a 10th-place finish as she covered the 6,000-meter course in 24:18.5. Emma MacAnally joined her on the all-NCAC second team by finishing 13th in 24:38.8. Becca Conley earned all-conference honorable mention after crossing in 20th place in 24:50.5.

Lois Miller finished 23rd in 25:01.2, while Hallie Bechtel was 28th in 25:14.0 followed by Kendall Weinert in 31st in 25:26.3 and Megan Everhart in 38th in 25:47.2.

"The women really put it altogether today," DePauw head coach Kori Stoffregen said.

"We had great races from our top runners Heather O'Brien and Emma MacAnally and also a season-best race out of Becca Conley."

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, November 15, at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, just outside Cincinnati.

Unless you know what "runners" are doing in the fall, "Cross Country" was never mentioned in this article.
