North Putnam Kindergarten Round-Up dates set

BAINBRIDGE -- The North Putnam Community School Corporation (NPCSC) has set dates for both the Bainbridge and Roachdale Kindergarten Round-Ups.

Bainbridge Elementary has slated Wednesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. for its event, while Roachdale Elementary will hold its Round-Up on Tuesday, April 21 at 6 p.m.

Children who are five years of age on or before Aug. 1, 2015 are eligible for enrollment for the 2015-16 school year.

Children should accompany their parents to the event because they will be meeting their future kindergarten teachers and learning about their respective schools.

Parents must bring a legal birth certificate and proof of immunizations to the appropriate school.

The Round-Up is expected to take 60-90 minutes.

While attendance is important to the school and future students, if persons are unable to attend they are asked to contact the appropriate school office to verify their child's placement in kindergarten for the 2015-16.
