Evelyn S. McKamey

Evelyn S. McKamey, 80, Cloverdale, passed away on Aug. 26, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis.

She was born on Feb. 16, 1935 in Cloverdale, and was the daughter of Elmer Otto Sutherlin and Mabel Beatrice (Cook) Sutherlin.

She married Robert Lee McKamey, and he survives. She is also survived by her children, Aurelia Clark and husband Roger, Richmond, and Mike McKamey, Cloverdale; and her grandchildren, Jessica McKamey, Ross McKamey and wife Lacie, and Jordan McKamey-Linker and Sarah.

She was a member of the Cloverdale United Methodist Church and was a Past Worthy Matron of Order of Eastern Star Chapter 369 at Cloverdale.

She was a retired secretary from Detroit Diesel at Indianapolis.

Private family services and burial will be held at Cloverdale Cemetery.
