Groundbreaking Work

Eagerly awaiting work on an 8,800-square-foot addition to the Putnam County Comprehensive Services facility in Greencastle, PCCS board members, staff and clients take part in a ceremonial groundbreaking on the north side of the facility on Tennessee Street. The addition will house mainly space for new habilitation programs, as well as office and conference space. General contractor Garmong is set to begin work on the project in October. Participating in the ceremonial event during the recent annual PCCS meeting are Anthony Ingram, board members Jim Ensley, Mike Hurt and Matt Welker, Jeff Starcher, Matt Nichols of Garmong, board members Ken Heeke and Maxine Haskett, Jim Lagley, Alicia Cunningham, board member June Brattain, Kelly Sterling, Mike Armacost, Mary Pryor, PCCS Executive Director Emeritus Chuck Schroeder, Tommy Todd, board member and Mayor Sue Murray, new PCCS Executive Director Andrew Ranck, Gary Steele, Donnie Shillings, Mathew Lantz, Maria Perita and Mary Williams.
