Terry Crist

Terry Crist, 55, of Cloverdale, passed away Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016 at St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana.

He was born Feb. 29, 1960 in Sullivan, the son of Larry and Phyllis (Street) Crist.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Hazelrigg F&AM 200 Lodge.

He is survived by his father, Larry Crist; girlfriend, Mary Hickman; sons, Ryan Crist of Limedale, Dustin (Amber) Crist, of Greencastle, and Sean (Angie) Lynch of Indianapolis; daughters, Taree (Aaron) Cavozos of Terre Haute and Candie (Davie) Waymon, Ky., sister, Sherry (Mark) Spencer of Jamestown, brother, Gerry Crist of Ladoga, grandchildren, Justin Weiskittel of Indianapolis, Shelby Lynch of Greenwood, Cassandra Ellingsworth of Terre Haute, Destinee Call of Greencastle, Andrew York of Greencastle, Trevor Ellingsworth of Terre Haute, Kolby Crist of Fillmore, Tristan Norman of Greencastle and Ashton Crist of Greencastle.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Crist, and wife, Patricia Crist.

Family and friends will gather Thursday, Jan. 21 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Service will be held immediately following at 2 p.m. with Rev. Harlan Kincade officiating.

Terry will be laid to rest in the Jamestown IOOF Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Terry to the Crist family.
