Christfest event returns to DPU for third year

The annual Christfest concert will see its third year July 9 at the DePauw University Green Center. In addition to food and family fun, this year's artists will be 7eventh Time Down, Jonathan Thulin, Blake Whiteley, Brianna Caprice and The Singing Contractors.

While the first two bands are already on the radio, the others are gaining attention. Attendees will hear everything from worship to rock while supporting an organization that gives back to other local organizations like Beyond Homeless and the CareNet Pregnancy Center.

Early-bird tickets and group discounts are available at www.christfestpc.com, but at-the-door tickets will be available for $15 for adults and $12 for children 12 years old and under. All ages are welcome. The doors will open at 2 p.m., and the concert will start at 3 p.m.
