Saturday motorcycle ride to aid GPD K-9 effort

American Legion Riders will sponsor a motorcycle ride to benefit Greencastle City Police Department efforts to begin a K9 program.

Registration will be at 9 a.m. at Greencastle American Legion Post No. 58 at 1401 Indianapolis Rd. with kickstands up at 11 a.m..

Route will go through Crawfordsville, Rockville, Brazil and Greencastle. Dinner and K9 demonstration will follow.

The cost is $25 for riders and $5 for passengers.
