GFD Golf Scramble
Accepting a $1,000 donation from Carpenters Local Union No. 133 Financial Secretary Greg Tucker (second from right), Greencastle firefighters (from left) Brian Poole, Jeff Elkins and Liz Adams make preparations for the annual Greencastle Fire Department golf scramble set for Sunday, June 11 at Windy Hill Country Club. With proceeds benefitting Hoosier Burn Camp, the cost of the scramble is $50 for individuals and $200 per four-person team. The scramble will be contested in two flights, with 7:30 registration and 8 a.m. start for the morning flight followed by 1:30 p.m. registration and 2 p.m. start for the afternoon. Entries are limited to the first 14 teams per flight. Players may only participate in one flight. Mulligans are $5 each, limit two per player. Individual and team prizes will be awarded.
