Teddy Bear Drive

The Fillmore Elementary School PTO conducted a teddy bear drive during the month of December to be donated to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. The teddy bears and other stuffed animals will be used to give to children in a crisis situation. The students collected more than 150 stuffed animals. Those present to donate the animals to Sheriff Scott Stockton are (front from left) Trenton Piersall, fifth grade; Landon Garrett, third grade; Morgan Lantrip and Max Lantrip, kindergarten; Kionna Feltner, second grade; Hallie Birt, first grade; (back) Gabriel Feltner and Jaxon Birt, fourth grade; PTO president Penny Long and PTO vice president Missy Nees.
