Another round of snow and cold Monday results in approximately three inches of snow in the Greencastle area as a city truck lays down salt along Highwood Avenue as one resident tries to clean off his car on the square. The slick conditions resulted in 29 accidents and 18 slideoffs in the ISP Putnamville District between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Indiana State Police reported.
