County Jail

Two people were booked in the Putnam County Jail recently.

Tuesday

• At 12:20 a.m. Hope McKinzie Ramey, 21, Greencastle, was taken into custody by Greencastle Officer Alec Pettit at the Phillips 66 station on North Jackson Street for invasion of privacy. She was booked into the jail at 12:46 a.m.

Monday

• At 6:08 p.m. David Lee Monje, 39, Clinton, was lodged at the jail on a local warrant and a Johnson County warrant.

City Police

Three recent citations were issued by Greencastle City Police.

• At 8:53 p.m. Sunday, Megan Farmer, 23, Greencastle, was ticketed by Officer Brad Hiatt.

Stopped on Bloomington Street, Farmer was cited for an infraction of driving with a suspended license.

• At 10:43 p.m. March 6, Robert Madewell Jr., 37, Greencastle, was cited by Officer Kyle Lee.

Stopped on Berry Street, Madewell was ticketed for operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility.

• At 9:33 a.m. March 5, Christina Billyeu, 35, Terre Haute, was cited by Officer Lee.

Stopped on Berry Street near Putnamville Street, Billyeu was ticketed for an infraction of driving with a suspended license.

Bainbridge Police

At 9 p.m. Friday, Bainbridge Police arrested Lonnie L. Curd II, 22, Rockville, on an outstanding Parke County warrant for theft, a Class A misdemeanor.

Bainbridge officers subsequently met up with Parke County deputies at the Putnam-Parke county line, transferring custody of Curd to Parke County.

He was then transported to the Parke County Jail where he was booked in and given a $5,000 bond.
