Sharon A. Ensor

Sharon A. Ensor, 74, of Bainbridge, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018 at Hendricks Regional Health.

She was born on Oct. 29, 1943 in Boone County, Ind., to the late Kenneth and Margaret (Collier) App.

Sharon graduated from high school then attended beauty school.

On Jan. 17, 1964 she married Larry Ensor. Larry passed away July 29, 1985.

Sharon was a member of Bainbridge Christian Church. She enjoyed going to Bible studies, and all church activities, as well as reading, gardening, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Jennifer (David) Nelson, Russellville, and Jamie (Christie) Ensor, Greencastle; eight grandchildren, Colby (Shannon) Ensor, Justin (Brittney) Ensor, Samantha Herrmann, Wesley (Dhanya) Ensor, Michael Herrman, Joey Nelson, Nolan Ensor and Shalyn Nelson; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Branson, Gunnar, Presley, Blaiklee and baby "E"; siblings, Janet Draper, Nebraska, John App, Mooresville, Joe (Marge) App, Greencastle, and Sandy (Fred) Brock, Frankfort, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Larry, and three siblings, Bud App, Ed App and Lana Beck.

Funeral service will be conducted at noon Monday, Sept. 17 at Bainbridge Christian Church, 402 S. Washington St., Bainbridge, with Pastor Berry Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Bainbridge Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.
