Julian Center event to mark Mars InSight landing

The public is invited to come celebrate the landing of the Mars InSight Lander on Monday, Nov. 26 from 3-5 p.m. in the atrium of the DePauw University Julian Science and Mathematics Center, 602 S. College Ave., Greencastle.

A live feed from NASA, covering the landing and initial communications with the lander, is planned, along with snacks and displays.

The event is being co-sponsored by student science groups and the Prevo Science Library.
