Union Chapel UMC to host Veterans Day dinner

Union Chapel United Methodist Church will be hosting a community fellowship dinner at the church on Monday, Nov. 11, with serving from 6 to 8 p.m.

The meal is intended to honor veterans and, at the same time, celebrate the meaning of Thanksgiving with community neighbors and friends. Everyone is invited and welcome to attend the dinner.

The menu will include spaghetti, bread, salad, drinks and several desserts to choose from.

The meal will be free of charge. However, if anyone wishes to make a monetary donation or bring non-perishable food items, they will be shared with the Two Fish Food Pantry in Bainbridge and the Park County Food Pantry.

The church is located at 5998 W. U.S. Hwy 36, which is one mile west of Morton.
