Daniel ‘Bud’ Pleake Jr.

Daniel “Bud” Pleake Jr., 91, of Greencastle, went to be with the Lord, Friday, Feb. 7, 2020.

He was born Nov. 24, 1928 in Greencastle to the late Daniel Sr. and Mary R. (Wilhite) Pleake.

He was a farmer for many years in Putnam County.

He is survived by his grandchildren, Allan Lee Pleake, Jr. and wife Penny, Greencastle, Ronald Pleake and wife Roxie, Carbon, Jimmy Dale Pleake, Brazil, Daniel Thomas Pleake, Carbon, and Joshua Tylr Pleake, Carbon. Also, 12 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10 at , Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at New Providence Cemetery. Condolonces may be made at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net.
