Connie J. McKamey

Connie J. McKamey, age 66, of Cloverdale, went to be with the Lord May 6, 2021.

She was born Aug. 3, 1954 in Greencastle to the late Calvin and Jean (Reed) McKamey.

She was a devoted mother and loved to be outside gardening. She spent time sewing, singing and crafting. She enjoyed taking care of others and loved working with kids.

She is survived by her children, Nathaniel Hammond, Jerod Hammond, Salena Haughey and husband Kevin and Christie Cash; grandchildren Calvin, Kaiden, Trenton and Alleah; and siblings Ron McKamey and wife Rebecca, Julie McKamey and Joseph Mckamey and wife Dee.

A celebration of life will be held Monday, May 10 at 5 p.m. at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until service time.
