Betty Jean Allee

Betty Jean Allee, 85, of Reelsville, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2021.

Born Dec. 22, 1935 in Tazwell County, Va., she was the daughter of John K. and Lera M. (Whitt) Stinson.

She married Robert E. Allee on Sept. 5, 1956. He preceded her in death.

She was devoted to her family and friends.

Survivors include brother Hank Stinson (Rhonda); sons Ray Allee, Mike Allee (Nancy) and Dewayne Allee (Kim); daughter Melissa Randall; 10 grandchildren, Ashley Allee, Sarah Plummer, Jennifer Head, Christopher Allee, Linely Foulke, Whitney Hall, Darcey Hollis, Kyle Hall, Autumn Allee and Blake Allee; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Glenn Stinson, David Stinson, James Stinson and Robert Stinson.

Her celebration of life will be held Saturday, Oct. 23 from 1-4 p.m. at the Reelsville Volunteer Fire Department.
