Lennie Mae Rumley

Lennie Mae Rumley, 79, of Greencastle, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022, at Asbury Towers.

Lennie was born in Indianapolis on Sept. 20, 1942, the daughter of Charles A. and Betty Lou (Coyle) Henry.

Mrs. Rumley worked a nurse’s aide at Putnam County Hospital for many years.

Survivors include her four children, Donnie Rumley, John Rumley, Lisa Lady and Phil Rumley; three sisters, Janice Dazey (Gerald), Laura Person (Joe) and Jeanette Martin (Charlie); a brother, Terry Allen Henry; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Dennis Rumley; a brother; Charles Henry I; and a daughter-in-law, Lisa D. Rumley.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home with Pastor Steven Blaydes officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service on Monday.
