Rozella Mae Johnston

Rozella Mae Johnston, 79, passed away at The Waters of Greencastle on Monday, March 20, 2023

She was born April 22, 1943 to the late Everett and Jessie Roe.

She worked her whole life as a cook at the 76 truckstop in Clayton and the Hendricks County Jail in Danville.

Surviving is her daughter Kristina Salinas of Brazil; granddaughters Jesslyn Cooksey, Kathryn Dolph, Emma Moore and Kirsten Moore; two grandsons, Alex Ventura and Robert Johnston; two great-grandsons, Kadin Dickerson and Klayton Dolph; great-granddaughter Rozella Rae Cooksey; and brother Estel Roe of Roachdale.

She was preceded in death by husband Albert D. Johnston and son Timothy Wayne Johnston.

The family decided on cremation, and there will be no service.
