Civic League releases full lineup of Parkfest acts

Even as unwelcome morning frosts continue to linger in Central Indiana, summer is just around the corner.

Further proof arrived with the announcement of the full lineup for Parkfest, the Greencastle Civic League’s annual summer music festival that runs each Tuesday evening in June and July (except Tuesday, July 4) at Robe-Ann Park.

Veteran local favorites will be joined by some new faces, as each of the seven shows will feature two sets of music.

As is tradition, Mike Van Rensselaer will kick off the festival with a family night performance on Tuesday, June 6.

The Tad Robinson Band will play the second set of opening night.

Additional Parkfest shows will include:

• June 13: Chris Wurster, The Hauskatz

• June 20: Gus Moon, Peace Among the Plants

• June 27: Conner Barcus, Black Market Vinyl

• July 11: Justin Monts, Perpetual Journey

• July 18: Him&Her, Danny Martin and the Danocasters

• July 25 (family night): Blue Flame and Bluebird Collective
