Steven Blaine Pitts

Steven Blaine Pitts, 63, of Greencastle, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

Steve was born Jan. 4, 1960, the son of Paul and JoAnn (York) Pitts. He graduated from Greencastle High School class of 1978.

Steve was a truck driver and owner/operator of Pitts Trucking Co. for 41 years, working for local farmers and farm co-ops. He was also employed by PDM Aviation the last few years.

He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Cunot.

He married Tina (Frazier) Pitts on Aug. 25, 1984. She survives, along with his daughter, Jordyn Pitts; his son, Blaine (Kali) Pitts; his parents; a brother, Michael Pitts; a sister, Sally (Mike) Martin; and special aunt, Betty Kendall.

Graveside services will be held at Boone-Hutcheson Cemetery on Saturday, June 24 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Wes McClure officiating.
