Parkfest set Tuesday with Him&Her, Danny Martin & the Danocasters
A couple of generations of hometown musicians will be on hand to entertain the crowds at Robe-Ann Park for the Tuesday, July 18 edition of Parkfest.
The Greencastle Civic League will welcome Him&Her as well as Danny and the Danocasters for the 6:30 p.m. event at the Robe-Ann Park bandshell.
Him&Her is an acoustic duo based out of the greater Indianapolis area, specifically their hometown of Greencastle.
Formed by husband and wife, Joel and Tosh, they have years of experience making music together. Their roots are based in folk/rock and soul while stretching out to new alt/indie sounds.
Meanwhile, Danny Martin & The Danocasters are also Greencastle natives.
The band consist of Danny Martin, Steve Michael, Steve St. Pierre, Henry Thomas and Mike Poor, all well known musicians in the area.
Just one week remains in the 2023 Parkfest series, with family night set for Tuesday, July 25 featuring Blue Flame and Bluebird Collective.
