Open for business as a restaurant since June, Lost Hollow Beer Co. officially added a brewery operation to its repertoire this weekend.

Located at 102 E. Franklin St., Greencastle, in the old Wasser building, Lost Hollow has already become another downtown gathering spot with its variety of foods and beers.

On Saturday, though, the locally-owned business began selling beer brewed in house, furthering its stated mission to produce high-quality, consistent and sustainable beer while also supporting the local community.

“At Lost Hollow Beer Co., we love great beer and bringing people together,” said Alex Eaker, co-founder and president of Lost Hollow Beer Co. “We are thrilled to launch our new brand and continue to grow with our community. We feel that Lost Hollow Beer Co. conveys who we are and who we aim to be.”

“It took us a long time to get where we are. We definitely felt lost on the way, but we always found our way back to the hollow,” said Clay McKinley, co-founder and chief marketing officer.

The Lost Hollow Beer Co. brand identity reflects the company’s values of authenticity, quality and community. The new name, unveiled in late June, has followed with the release of new logos, designs and merch. The company is committed to using locally sourced ingredients and partnering with local businesses to grow with the community.

Lost Hollow Beer Co. is a community-driven beer company that produces high-quality beer and food while supporting the local community. Founded in 2020, Lost Hollow Beer Co. has become a staple in the Greencastle area and beyond, known for its excellent products and customer service.

  • Wonder if they use locally grown hops and barley? I know that there are hops grown near Westfield. Not much barley in Indiana but Ohio is pushing a malting barley opportunity
