Lancaster to discuss Guatemala trip in Monday happy hour presentation

Having experienced the difference fair trade goods can make for women in developing countries, a local business woman will share her experience on Monday, Aug. 14.

Bobbie Lancaster is a partner with Trades of Hope, which specializes in fair trade jewelry and ethical fashion.

Recently back from a trip to Guatemala, she will be sharing her experience and observations on Monday at The Whisk, 18 S. Jackson St., Greencastle, from 5-7 p.m.

The happy hour gathering will begin at 5 p.m. with Lancaster sharing her story around 5:45 or 6 p.m. Beginning around 6:15 p.m., there will be a tasting of fair trade coffee from Guatemala as well as a question-and-answer period.
