Hello, my name is Paul Wireman and I am running for Roachdale Town Council. My wife, Carolyn, and I relocated to this area in 2019 to be near our family and recently built a new home in Roachdale. We have three sons, two of which are Roachdale business owners, and a third son who just recently purchased a home here in Roachdale. We fell in love with the rural setting of Roachdale and would like to see it prosper and remain a desired destination for family-owned businesses and also attract other families that share the values and traditions of the American Dream.

I retired from Caterpillar Inc. in 2022 where I was in management for many years and have a good understanding of sound business practices. I also served as a pastor at Hope Community Church in Lebanon, Ind., for eight years before moving to Putnam County. I am a firm believer in servant leadership and have found it to be the only way to truly represent the needs of the people.

I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and an extensive experience working in team based committees to accomplish difficult tasks. I look forward to working with the other Roachdale community members in a transparent administration to revitalize our town and create an environment that welcomes new business and families.

I believe Roachdale will have opportunity for new growth as a result of new economic growth in the surrounding counties and that we need to demonstrate a pro-business/pro-family platform to attract the best of these looking for a new base.

I appreciate your support and would be honored to represent you on the Roachdale Town Council.
