TCB announces Sarver as HR generalist

ROACHDALE — Tri-County Bank & Trust recently announced that Rebecca Sarver has joined the bank as its human resources generalist.

Sarver has 20 years of HR experience, which began with her duties as a member of the Indiana National Guard. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.

“We are thrilled that Rebecca chose to join TCB as our HR generalist,” Tri-County Bank President/CEO Chuck Dixon said. “Her many years of HR experience will greatly enhance the bank’s level of employee service.”

Sarver and her family reside in rural Crawfordsville.

Tri-County Bank is a community bank with five offices located in Putnam and Montgomery counties.
