PIC OF THE DAY: Autumn Express

Looking down the railroad track from County Road 100 East just south of Crowe’s Bridge Thursday afternoon, there’s not a train in sight, but the real sight to behold are the leaves in their various autumn stages as the season moves along. In the midst of summer-like weather in recent days, the multi-colored foliage serves as a reminder that November and its expected weather patterns are just days away.

Residing where leaves don't change with spectacular colors, this picture of Putnam County fall foliage makes me smile! Enjoy the season change.
