Patti L. Terry

Patti L. Terry, 88, Greencastle, died Feb. 26, 2024 at Hendricks Regional Hospital, Danville.

Born March 5, 1935 in Brookville, she was the daughter of Julius E. Tulley and Gaynelle (Rudicel) Tulley.

She was a graduate of Short High School in Liberty and St. Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing in Indianapolis.

She retired from Putnam County Hospital after 40 years of service as director of nursing and supervisor of surgery. She was a member of Tri Kappa, enjoyed playing golf with her friends and was an avid reader. She enjoyed retirement with her husband in New Port Richey, Fla., and later returned to Greencastle to spend more time with her family.

She married Warren C. Terry on Sept. 5, 1959, and he survives.

Also surviving are her sons, Lance (Anna) of Greencastle, Drew (Becky) of Round Rock, Texas, and Mace (Kathy) of Bloomington; four grandchildren, Conor, Morgan, Sydney and Brendan; and two sisters, Gerri Campbell and Judy Lange.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Joy Wall.

The family will have a private memorial service.
