Carol Lee Wood

Carol Lee Wood, 70, of Brazil, formerly of Coatesville, died Tuesday, May 26, 2009.

He was born on July 31, 1938 in Paradise, Ky., the son of James and Daisy Sears Wood. He married Betty C. Allee, and she preceded him in death.

Mr. Wood worked 40 years in the accounting department St. Vincent's Hospital, retiring in 2002.

Survivors include his son Chris Wood and wife Brandee of Clinton; grandsons Peyton and Carter Wood; and brother James "Bud" Wood of Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by three sisters.

Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Coatesville Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Spear officiating. There will be no calling.

Arrangements are being handled by Hays Funeral Home.
