With help from Duke Energy units, including Brad Grable, Chris Beck, Chris Latham and others, a new lighted message board was set in place Wednesday near the McAnally Center entrance to the Greencastle High School campus. Flashing or static messages and even video can be displayed on the board, GHS Assistant Principal Russ Hesler said. The project actually began back in 1991, when Hesler designed the sign and first started collecting funds for its creation. Hesler even picked up the completed unit with his truck and trailer outside Louisville this week and helped set it in place, saving nearly $2,500 in the process.
