Betty Marie Higgins, 66, Greencastle, died Friday, Sept. 25, 2009. She was the beloved daughter of Roy D. and Katherine E. Powell Higgins. Her parents and a brother, David Rhea Higgins preceded her in death. Betty was the beloved sister of Helen and husband Robert Wardlow, Opal Bilyou, Roy D. Higgins and wife Elizabeth and Sharon DiBattista and husband Dario. Many nieces and nephews also survive...

This cliché does not take into account the pain and suffering from burns and burns should not be part of the learning process.
