Enrique "Quico" Rivera Prats, 83, of Panama City Beach, Fla., passed away on Sept. 12, 2014. Born Sept. 25, 1930 in San German, Puerto Rico, Quico retired from Queens Group Indiana in 1990. He retired from military service in 1992 after serving his country for 24 years. Quico served in the United States Marine Corps and United States Army.
