Layton Duane Carter, 77, of Cloverdale, passed away Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017 at his home. He was born July 20, 1940 in Martinsville, Ind., to the late Oliver and Mary (Rutan) Carter. Eugene "Gene" M. Liebert, 81, Greencastle, passed away on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017. He was born Jan. 9, 1936 in Shelbina, Mo., the son of Elbert and Ethel Liebert.
