Wal-Mart Distribution part of Wreaths Across America (12/14/08)
Since 1992, Morrill Worcester, owner of the Worcester Wreath Company in Harrington, Maine, has been sending a trailer load of wreaths to be laid on the graves at Arlington National Cemetery. The company has donated 90,000 wreaths that have been placed by volunteers in a wreath-laying ceremony each December since 1992. Restaurant brings Mediterranean flair to town (12/14/08)
There's a new restaurant in town and it's not like any other in the county. ABC Gyros and Pizzas offers a wide selection on its menu including the well-known Greek sandwich, Gyros (pronounced He-ros). This sandwich is pure Greek and it simply means that the "gyros" turns around. A "gyros" is a full turn and the verb "gyrizo" means "to rotate." This comes from the way the meat is cooked in Mediterranean countries...
