Greencastle sets annual fall leaf pick-up

The Greencastle Department of Public Works will begin its annual leaf pick-up within city limits on Oct. 24 and run through Nov. 30. The department asks that residents in the city limits rake their leaves only -- no limbs or other debris -- to the curb or between the sidewalk and the street. Inmates face fraud charges for filing for unemployment
