Carole Jean Flynn, 49, passed away at her Greencastle home on Monday, Dec. 26, 2016. She was born Jan. 24, 1967 in Danville, Ind., and was a "Miracle Baby" at only two pounds. She had resided in Greencastle for the past 25 years and during that time Carole has been involved with the Putnam County Comprehensive Services Community (CSC). With Police Chief Tom Sutherlin presenting him an award, the Greencastle Police Department has commended Reserve Officer Billy Wallace for his dedication to the City of Greencastle. Wallace was recently chosen as GPD Reserve Officer of the Year for 2016.
